Diamond Bakery Gaithersburg wasn't founded on trends. We were built on the conviction that exceptional baked goods require something most bakeries skip: time, technique, and an uncompromising standard for quality.
Since opening our doors on East Diamond Avenue, we've dedicated ourselves to the slow art of baking — 72-hour cold-fermented sourdough, French butter laminated layer by layer, and seasonal ingredients sourced from local Maryland farms. Every item on our display case represents hours of deliberate work that you can taste in every bite.
